Summerhill Goat Milk is real nature-made milk,with no other ingredients. We simply milk the goats, pasteurize it just the way they produced it and bottle it for you. There is no artificial formula or chemical creation in our bottles -just pure, natural milk given by our incredible goats.Summerhill Goat Milk is free of antibiotics and artificial growth hormones.We do not use rBST, rBGH or any other artificial growth hormones on our goats. We help our goats produce rich delicious milk the natural way by feeding them well, by caring for their good health and by giving them lots of room to exercise and play.Goat milk is naturally homogenized, so we do not artificially homogenize the milk.Homogenization is a process by which the fat particles in milk are broken down and evenly distributed through the milk. Goat milk is naturally homogenized, meaning the fat particles are smaller and naturally stay suspended throughout the milk. However, the cream in pasteurized goat milk may separate and rise to the top. That is why we recommend gently shaking your goat milk before serving it. You can also spoon the cream off of the milk, creating your own lower fat version of our whole milk.
