Orders typically ship within 2-7 business days.

* Shipping of products will use a domestic or international carrier of its choosing. All domestic rates are stated on the site but may vary on any given order due to overweight, over-size, out of area shipping as well as duties/customs charges or additional carrier charges. You agree to all shipping, carrier fees and customs charges and agree that all ownership of product passes to you once the product is in the hands of the shipping company. A 10% duty prepayment will be due before international orders can be shipped. Any difference in duties will be credited back if applicable. Skus beginning with ECW and ECV may not be shipped internationally.

We provide a minimum 30-day return policy for all of our products, starting from their delivery date.

You will be issued a tracking number with either appropriate shipped (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

Currently we are only shipping to customers in the United States but will soon start shipping worldwide.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. No credit or reimbursement will be given without prior confirmation.

Food and other perishable items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped. This policy is set in line with US food handling regulations.

Claims should be submitted via email to [email protected] and be sure to include the items below if they apply. Failure to do so will result in a denied claim. If images are required and have bad quality, they will be denied. Full responsibility of the claimed item will be your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse even if we provide a prepaid label. If an item you are returning arrives damaged to our warehouse, this will be your sole responsibility and the claim will be denied regardless if Grocery Bundles sent out the wrong item or not.
