Terms of Service
Effective April 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Grocery Bundles, operated by Grocery Bundles ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Use a strong, unique password or sign in with Google. Enable two-factor authentication where available.
- Do not share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account per person or business. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these Terms or appears fraudulent.
3. Products, availability, and pricing
We curate specialty and everyday groceries with volume pricing. Product availability, assortment, and pricing can change at any time and without notice. Prices shown are in United States dollars. We make commercially reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but occasional errors in descriptions, photos, or prices can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed under a pricing mistake, even after confirmation.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer by you to purchase the items selected, subject to our acceptance. We may accept the order, ask for more information, or decline it. A contract is formed when we ship the order or confirm its fulfillment — not when you click "Place Order" or receive an automated confirmation email.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You authorize us (or Stripe on our behalf) to charge the payment method you provide for the order total plus applicable taxes, shipping fees, and adjustments. Sales tax is calculated based on the destination address and the applicable jurisdiction's rules.
5. Wholesale and quotes
Wholesale access is offered to qualified businesses. Wholesale applicants must provide a valid resale or tax-exemption certificate where applicable. Volume pricing and custom bundles are governed by separate quotes. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Wholesale orders are paid at checkout like any other order — we do not currently extend credit or invoice-based terms.
6. Shipping and delivery
Service area: continental United States only. We currently ship to addresses in the lower 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/ DPO addresses, PO boxes for perishable orders, or international destinations. Visitors from other regions may browse the Service but cannot place orders. We will expand internationally when operationally ready and will update these Terms at that time.
Shipping rates, delivery zones, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Perishable items ship on specific schedules that may differ from non-perishables. Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns, refunds, and damaged items
- Perishable items are non-returnable. If a perishable item arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable, contact support within 48 hours of delivery for a refund, store credit, or replacement.
- Non-perishable items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Contact support to request a return authorization.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the returned item or approval of a claim.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
- Attempt to access another user's account, bypass our security measures, scrape the Service at volume, or reverse-engineer any part of it.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's intellectual property.
- Resell items in violation of applicable licensing, sanitary, or export laws.
- Submit fraudulent chargebacks or knowingly misstate order details, shipping addresses, or identity.
9. Intellectual property
Grocery Bundles, the site design, logos, product copy, and site software are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, frame, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit to us (reviews, photos, messages) and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
10. Communications
By creating an account you consent to receive transactional email (order confirmations, shipment updates, account and security notices) at the address on file. These are not marketing emails and you cannot opt out while your account is active. Cart-recovery emails and any newsletters are separate and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grocery Bundles and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Grocery Bundles and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, place fraudulent orders, or at our reasonable discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, arbitration if applicable) will survive.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where required, emailed to account holders. Continued use of the Service after the new effective date is your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to informal resolution is the state or federal courts located in Limestone County, Alabama, and both parties consent to that venue. We encourage you to contact us first at support@grocerybundles.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally before any formal proceeding.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If a provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
