We start with the biggest and freshest in-shell jumbo Virginia peanuts grown in southwestern USA. Using a unique process that took us years to develop, we infuse our simple solution of sea salt and water directly into the shell, leaving us with a raw salted product that is ready to roast. Then, using our custom-made barrel roasters, we roast them fresh for that day’s order. We find that our minimal processing and attention to each small batch allows each peanut to reach its delicious potential.
