Ask for our sheet pasta cut to order for your recipe, or take home whole sheets for baking your own lasagna or homemade ravioli. Using traditional Italian dies, we cut extruded pasta shapes such as casarecce, lumache, rigatoni, and spaghetti, and our talented kitchen prepares rotating flavors of ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi, and take-and-bake lasagna.
